Tour price, deposit and payment policy terms

Smugglers Notch Cycling highly recommends travel insurance is purchased. 

Little River Inn

• $2150 per person double occupancy
• $1075 (50%) deposit due when reserving tour
• Total payment due 30 days prior to tour start date

• $2850 single occupancy
• $1425 (50%) deposit due when reserving tour
• Total payment due 30 days prior to tour start date

Lodge at Spruce Peak

• $3700 per person double occupancy
• $1850 (50%) deposit due when reserving tour
• Total payment due 30 days prior to tour start date

Tour cancellation policy

​Smugglers Notch Cycling understands plans can change so if you must change your tour dates or cancel, please contact us by phone to make arrangements. (see below).

Refund prior to tour date charges

• 30 days or more – complete refund
• 30-15 days – $200 charged, rest of payment refunded
• 14 days or less – FULL deposit charged, rest of payment refunded
